Adrenaline Athletics Developmental

- Cost: 275$

- Ages 10 - 18 (2015 - 2007)

- Timeline: January - March Break

- 2 practices / week

- Cost: 375$

- Ages 10 - 18 (2015 - 2007)

- Timeline: Late November - March Break

- 2 practices / week

- Cost: 500$

- Ages 12 - 18 (2013 - 2007)

- Timeline: Late September - End of August

- 3 team practices / week

- 2 30 minute gym sessions / week

- Meet participation is optional but recommended.

Adrenaline Athletics Rush Elite

- Cost: 650$

- Ages 14 - 18 (2011 - 2007)

- Timeline: Late September - End of August

- 3 team practices / week

- 1 skill - specific practice each weekend

- 2 30 minute gym sessions / week

- Priority + partial funding for ANS Florida trip

- Adrenaline Athletics training shirt

- Adrenaline Athletics Rush Elite training shirt

- Meet participation is expected when possible.

Multisport Speed Training

- Cost: 10$ per session

- Ages 14 - 18 (2011 - 2007)

- Timeline: Every Wednesday from Late November - March Break

- Adrenaline Athletics training shirt can be purchased separately, if interested, please let me know at a practice.
